Q: Which year W2 can I get?
A: 2011

Q: If I need an older W2 like 2010 or 2009 or older what should I do?
A: Call us

Q: What do I need to get my 2011 W2?
A: You will need your name, SSN & pin # from your employer to access your W2's.

Q: What if I don't have a pin #?
A: Please contact your employer for the pin #. Q: My employer says I do not have a pin #.
A: For our services a pin # is required; you may not be able to use our services then to access your W2's.

Q: What is a pin #?
A: Your pin # is a number you get from your employer or HR department.

Q: Can I use my number I punch in with for my pin?
A: No. Your pin # is specifically given to you by your employer to access your 2011 W2's.

Q: What if my employer went out of business?
A: If you cannot get ahold of them to obtain a pin # then you cannot use our services.

Q: What if I had more than 1 employer?
A: As long as you have 1 pin # you should be able to access your W2's.




Q: How are my W2's sent to me?
A: Your W2's are sent via email.
